Q. Are group exercise classes included in the membership?
A. All F.I.T. classes offered on the regularly posted schedule are included in the membership fees. Specialty and meditation classes are not included.
Q. What are specialty classes?
A. Classes that have a guest instructor, are typically longer than an hour, and must be signed up for in advance. Fees will vary
Q. Is 24-Hour Access included in the membership?
A. There is an additional monthly fee for 24-hour access. Members opting to have 24-hour access to JLF are also required to sign an additional waiver.

Innovative
Diversity is key! Join kickboxing, yoga, drum cardio or many other group exercise classes (see class schedule) or achieve your fitness goals with one of our skilled trainers. Also check out our modified group and personal exercise selections for individuals of all ages and abilities not found in traditional fitness environments .
Therapeutic
A full range of therapeutic services provided by certified professionals will be available including: massage therapy, reiki, occupational therapy, physical therapy, and nutritional therapy geared towards emotional and physical well-being. Individuals with special needs and those who are medically compromised will have opportunities to thrive. Specialized services will also be available to address addiction, sensory deficits, and support wounded veterans.

Joe Luv F.I.T. was created out of love and respect for my son, Joseph Lovik, who passed away unexpectedly at the age of 32 on May 26, 2017. Through each of us, he will live on forever.
